The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

What is Pressure Washing?Pressure washing is a powerful treatment that combines chemical applications with mother nature's favorite tool: water! Our pressure washing services do more than restore shine to you home and business: they remove a myriad of microorganisms that harm the longevity of your property and protect your surfaces longer than a simple high pressure wash.
-
What is Soft WashingWhen a surface is too delicate for a high pressure treatment, such as vinyl siding, and aging or painted exterior surfaces, we use a technique known as a "soft wash" to gently and effectively remove dirt, mildew, stains, and even oxidation from your property. It involves the use of the same cleaning agents as a pressure wash, with the addition of powerful surfactants that cling to filthy surfaces and pull away unwanted grime when rinsed.

What is Surface Cleaning? Our surface cleaning service utilizes our strongest cleaners to eliminate and remove mildew, mold, and deep set surface stains from porous surfaces like brick or concrete. The process begins with a thorough application of our custom-mixed cleaning solution, tailored to your property's needs. We then use the latest in high-powered cleaning technology to efficiently blast away contaminants on your drive or patio and follow up with a light post-application of brightener to eliminate any potential lines that traditionally appear after a surface clean. This post application also works for several weeks after the service to continue to protect and brighten your property. Our cleaning process is one of the most thorough in the business and we take pride in our method!

How do we protect our client's property?Pressure and Soft Washing services involve the use of powerful cleaners and high pressure, and can leave a homeowner feeling very nervous about hiring a pro to work on their home. Poor workplace safety and preventative measures can result in expensive damage to your home, which is why we make it a priority. First, we are insured and licensed with the state, so you can rest at ease knowing your home is in the hands of a legitimate and responsible party. Second, we believe in always using the gentlest method available to clean your property. Exterior cleaning can involve some powerful cleaning agents, but they aren't always necessary. Wood decks, cedar shingle, and other surfaces in sensitive areas require an extensive knowledge of alternative cleaning methods to safely clean them without damaging the material or surrounding environment, and that's exactly the knowledge that we bring to the table. Third, we have an extensive containment protocol for our jobs: Whether we are cleaning your siding or your driveway, we begin by walking the area and covering outlets and cable boxes, as well as removing sensitive items and covering vulnerable plants. Finally, our "triple-rinse" pledge: EVERY job we do, we rinse all sensitive items within the affected area of service; before, during, and after your wash. This includes: windows and doors, mulch and flower beds, grass, trees, cars, signs or outdoor decor, grills or lawn furniture, and even surfaces not included as part of the wash. We believe in leaving every worksite better than we found it.

How accurate are your estimates? We believe in transparency first and foremost. Some customers want a quick estimate over the phone, in this case, we ask a few simple questions: such as area of service, what work you would want done, the square footage of the service area if it's known, and an idea of the severity of cleaning needed and any obstacles that might be in the area (moving heavy furniture, heavy plant growth, etc). Then, assuming all of the information is accurate, we like to provide customers with a range from the highest to lowest potential cost of the job. We will never give an estimate over the phone and charge more in person, and we will never do any additional work without permission from the homeowner.
